1 pound round steak, 1/2 inch thick
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium onion, sliced
1 medium green pepper, sliced

1/4 cup water
2 cups grated carrots (about 4 medium carrots)
1. Cut meat in half with a sharp knife, then crosswise into thin
slices.
Two. Brown meat in hot oil, then add the onion and pepper and cook 1-2 minutes. Add water and sprinkle garlic salt, and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Serve on a bed of shredded carrots.
