Fast and Easy Weight Loss Recipes: Stir-Fried Beef and peppers
1 tablespoon oil
1 pound top sirloin,
very thinly against
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
1 small onion, thinly sliced 2 1/2 oz
1 small yellow pepper,

1 small red pepper,

1 tablespoon soy sauce
4 oz raw spinach,
about 8 full glasses
In a wok or large skillet, heat the oil. Stir fried meat, garlic and ginger over high heat until meat is partially gold and some pink remains, perhaps 30 seconds to a minute. Add onions and peppers and saute until tender about 1 minute or two.
Add the soy sauce. Cook briefly until the sauce thickens and coats everything. Serve with raw spinach. It seems that a lot of spinach per serving, but fades as hot meat mixture sits. There was just enough to get a bite of spinach with every bite of meat and peppers
