1 cup water
1 cup sugar
4 cups of fruit or fruit juice

1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons vodkaMethod: Mix the water and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat until sugar dissolves . Transfer the sugar syrup and lemon fruit in a blender and blend until smooth . Add 2 tablespoons of vodka in the blender and blend for a minute. Now pour the mixture into a security freeze container and refrigerate for about 45 minutes. Break the ice with a fork and freeze for an hour. Repeat this process until it reaches the desired consistency and serve.
