Are you looking for new recipes centrifuge to generate a bit of inspiration? Want to know more about juicing for health?

Juice started two years ago, but has become one of my healthy habits! Last year, I saw an inspiring documentary called Fat Sick & Nearly Dead, directed by a man named Joe Cross who started the film with a chronic illness and a lot of extra weight. He went on a journey to health, dedicated to a 60-day liquid fast. For two whole months, Joe drank all fruits and vegetables and ate nothing else ... and the results were phenomenal!

Fresh tropical fruits is so refreshing first thing in the morning and you get a lot of energy to start the day! It is a great help to start if you are new to the practice. It is full of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals to give a powerful blow that goes right along with your new health kick!

If you are not satisfied after trying a juice glass of fresh tropical fruit juice, you may need to try another drink!

This recipe is for more than one drink, depending on the size of the crystal used. I like a glass of juice, especially first thing in the morning, and I give away two servings. You might even be able to take three small vessels ... to share or save the rest for later!
