Spicy Vegetables and beef curry

ingredients

2 c . canola oil
1 c . ground cumin
1 c . ground coriander
1 c . chopped chile
1/2 c . turmeric
2 c . lemon juice
700 g of lean ground beef
600 g pumpkin , cut into cubes
500 g carrots , cut into thick slices
600 g potatoes , diced
500 g sweet potatoes , diced
salt
steps

Heat oil in a large saucepan. Cumin and coriander Fry for 1 minute , stirring constantly.
Add the turmeric , pepper and lemon juice and mix well. Add ground beef and cook briefly .
Add the vegetables , mix well , cover and cook for 20-30 minutes until vegetables are tender. Stir frequently to prevent burning .
Season with salt and serve
