Weight Loss Recipes- Vegetable soup

ingredients

One small bone , diced
1 tomato , diced
Celery 1/2 stick, sliced
1/2 onion, chopped
1/8 of cabbage
1 bay leaf
1 1/4 liter of vegetable stock
oregano
salt, freshly ground black pepper
steps

Bring the broth to a boil, add the vegetables and bay leaf and cook for about 10-15 minutes until vegetables are tender -crisp.
Season with oregano , salt and pepper.
Serve with whole grain bread .
