Waffles with ham and eggs

You will need:
4 thick slices of Canadian bacon or ham deli
4 eggs
4 whole grain frozen waffles
2 tablespoons maple syrup
4 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Parsley (optional)

How to do it:
* Heat a nonstick pan or skillet over medium heat. Clothing with a little olive oil cooking spray olive oil and cook the Canadian bacon for a few minutes on each side until nicely browned. Remove. Coat the same skillet with a little cooking spray and eggs (2 at a time, if necessary, to avoid crowding the pan) sunny side up until the whites are set but the yolks are still liquid.
