Weight Loss Recipes -Pasta with vegetables and cashew nuts


200 g of whole wheat pasta
4 c . canola oil
3 red bell pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
80 g of cashew
2 red and 1 yellow pepper , thinly sliced
150 g of green beans
1 can of corn

Cook pasta in boiling water according to package directions .
Heat oil in a large skillet, saute the onions and peppers for about 3 minutes , stirring occasionally. Add cashews and fry for a minute. Add peppers and beans and saute for 5-10 minutes until the vegetables are tender. Then add the corn , mix well and let the hot corn .
Drain the pasta and serve with vegetables.
Three recipes make four portions . They are based in large portions of vegetables and foods rich in complex carbohydrates (potatoes, bread and pasta ) to be long before you can eat in excess. They provide important nutrients while being low in calories. Little or no fat is added to recipes and ingredients are fairly low in fat. In this way , you can lose weight and still enjoy delicious meals of a reasonable size serving.
