Pasta salad recipe low calorie

125 g of pasta (whole wheat pasta is better to cook healthy, but pastes all-purpose flour is also good for the recipe)
1 to 2 cloves garlic
1 medium tomato, chopped
1 small cucumber, chopped
¼ cup finely chopped (optional, if you are making pasta)
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Herbs: ½ teaspoon herbes de provence, 1 teaspoon dried basil or ¼ cup chopped basil ½ teaspoon dried oregano, ½ or 1 tablespoon chives
9-10 pitted black olives, sliced
½ teaspoon balsamic vinegar (optional)
salt and pepper as needed


Heat some water (enough to absorb the paste) with added salt.
In boiling water, add the garlic paste
cook until it becomes paste (soft) and drain.
It is important that after draining the pasta from sticking together. So, add a little oil to it and stir gently.
In a large shallow bowl, add all the vegetables and herbs.
Now also add the pasta and mix well.
