Ham, sliced pear and Swiss Sandwich
ingredients
1 tablespoon low-fat soup kind to the Greek
1/4 teaspoon dried dill coffee
2 slices of pumpernickel
1 oz of lean ham
1 small pear, sliced
1 1 - oz slice of Swiss cheese
training
1. Mix yogurt and dill in a small bowl, stirring until smooth.
Two. Spread yogurt mixture over the bread slices. Top 1 slice of bread with ham, half of pear slices, cheese and the other slice of bread. Serve the remaining slices of pears on the side.
