Healthy Weight Loss Recipes: Guilt Free Burger and Chips


Fast food is a no no when you are looking to lose weight (unless you have a cheat day that is). It is better to stick to healthy recipes that will help your weight loss goals rather than hinder . However, this does not mean you can not enjoy a meal of "fast food" type which diet . Here is one of my favorite recipes healthy weight loss for burger and fries . You get the flavor of the chips without the extra calories and guilt that comes with it .
The burgers are made from ground beef or extra lean ground turkey and parts ( or areas ) are made of sweet potatoes - a delicious alternative to the traditional variety . In addition , we will use coconut oil instead of other oils because of the amazing health benefits that coconut oil provides . It also provides a pleasant aroma when cooking with it.

Healthy recipes for weight loss : guiltless burger and fries

Ingredients for 4 people

Ingredients for Burgers

• 500 g of meat extra lean ground beef ( or turkey will work fine too )


• 1 onion , finely chopped

• 1 chili - finely chopped

• 1 egg

method

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl , divide into 4 portions .

Knead each part and everything fits well together, then flatten



a form of hamburger.

Two . Heat some coconut oil in a pan and shallow around



4 minutes on each side.

Wedges ingredients

• 2 large sweet potatoes

• chili powder 1/2 tsp

• 1 teaspoon paprika

• 1 tablespoon coconut oil , melted

method

1. Cut sweet potatoes to make them look like wedges .

Two . Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and place on a baking sheet in the oven at 200-220 ° C for 30-40 minutes.

Three . Serve with a bed of steamed vegetables.

This healthy recipe for weight loss is perfect for nights or weekends , when you fancy a " win dirty" and do not want to undo all the hard work and diligence to follow the program that follows.
